If you haven't already played the brief tutorial, it might be a good idea to try it. Check the mission hints in-game by clicking the flashing light bulb icon near the bottom left of the screen. Also, see the general tips section of this site for hints and strategies that apply to all missions.

Buy a nutrient extractor and place it to the right of the base near the hydromorphus plants. When Venus arrives, set her to work there. (Left click Venus; left click the nutrient extractor.) The extractor will harvest hydromorphus and process it into base nutrients (yum!). A warehouse droid will then fly over and take the container of nutrients to the warehouse (or to the mess hall if you have placed one in the base). Continue with the other parts of the mission, keeping Venus on the extractor during her work shifts. When you have stockpiled 5 containers of nutrients, goal #2 is fulfilled.

Assign Tami to the power desk as soon as she arrives: Left click on her, then left click on the power desk (top center of the bridge). That fulfills goal #3.

Buy 3 beds and place them in your base. To assign an operative to a bed, left click on the person then left click on the bed. When all three operatives have a bed, goal #1 is met. (If you want them to go to sleep, click the person and then click on her assigned bed.)

Other tips: Assign Stig to work the oxygen desk at first. Once Tami has worked Power for a little while and the goal is completed, switch her to oxygen and put Stig on power, since he has had more training there. (See Jobs, Skill Badges & Training for more info.)

Place various other objects, such as a mess hall and disco, to help meet your people's needs. (See Managing Colonists' Needs.)
