*The original Space Colony PC and Mac demos feature the lower-resolution, standard aspect ratio version. For the widescreen, HD version, I'm afraid you'll have to take the plunge and buy the full version from GOG or Steam.

**The Cobash campaign was produced in 2004 by Firefly Studios. It was the first official bonus material released for the game. It is also included in Space Colony HD, along with 8 new official campaigns and 6 user-created campaigns from our site.

Unofficial Files

Space Colony PC Trainer (26 KB) - This unofficial trainer was created by Deviance. It allows you to apply all sorts of cheats in your game. (Max out your money, oxygen, power and/or colonists' needs, make buildings invulnerable, destroy enemies, etc.) The download includes instructions for installation and use.

(IMPORTANT: I used this trainer with no adverse effects on my Windows 98 system, but so far have not gotten it to work under Windows XP or later. SpaceColonyFans.net does not support it and is not responsible for anything that may happen to your game or computer as a result of using it. Use at your own risk.)

User-Created Missions

If you have made a mission or campaign for the Space Colony game and would like to share it with our visitors, just let me know. So far we only have a few campaigns, but I invite you to try them out and let me know what you think. Each file includes instructions for installing the campaign.

Alcoholics Unanimous - Windows/PC (988 KB)

This campaign follows Space Colony's most famous lushes. They get sent to Blackwater's Alcoholics Anonymous Rehab center where a well-known executive puts them through their paces. Next, they try to rebuild a colony destroyed in a mysterious nuclear accident. Then, the Fribulans show up and they have to out-mine some silicon deposits against them.

Aspen 4 - Windows/PC (541 KB)

This three-mission campaign takes place on a single planet and is primarily economic in nature. Each mission is very short (7 days), uses a small crew, and takes approximately 15-20 minutes to play. Your main enemies are hordes of diseased creatures and the clock.

Beylix Military Complex - Windows/PC (513 KB)
Creator: Persephone
A 2-part Space Colony campaign. Involves building military facilities but not much actual fighting, so basically an economic mission. Both parts have a pretty tight time limit, so you'll have to manage your colonists and resources effectively.

Deadwood - Windows/PC (394 KB)

A quick mission on a single map. The two most hated characters in every Space Colony forum poll are back! Babette and Greg must work together to defuse a nuclear bomb. Can they do it, or is the planet of Deadwood doomed? Mission created by Persephone.

Mayla XIV - Windows/PC (1.36 MB)

This campaign follows a small team of operatives. They start out at the bottom of a water-filled crater, desperately extracting Argon Gas before a massive solar blast arrives. From there, they travel to a volcanic wonderland, setting up a large power generating station. Feeling they deserve a well-earned rest, they vacation at the world-famous "Tami's Bar and Grill", where they are promptly put to work running the place.

An open-ended sandbox campaign in which you are free to colonize the Ooma homeworld. (The mission briefing is in Polish, but I'm working on getting an English translation.)

A series of 18 separate campaigns staged on planets in our solar system, although some liberty was taken with Earth and the gas giants. ;) Part 1 includes Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Ceres, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. The in-game mission briefings are in Polish, but the download contains a text file with English translations.

Solar System - Part 2 - Windows/PC (4.19 MB) NEW Campaigns!

Part 2 includes the dwarf planets Pluto, Eris, Makemake, Haumea, Sedna, Orcus, Quaoar, Waruna. The in-game mission briefings are in Polish, but the download contains a text file with English translations.

A 3-part Space Colony campaign that takes place on 2 maps. Includes a variety of challenges, from collecting resources, to fighting aliens (nothing too tough) to building a space hotel. Your main foes in these missions are aggressive plant life and the clock.
